Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation and Modification Policy
We process and ship all orders very quickly, so we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after your order has been placed.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via email at contact@tailtendance.com.
We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.
To speed up the processing of your request, please include Cancel My Order in the subject line of your email and provide your full name and order number in the email body.
Return and Refund Policy
If your order has already been shipped, don't worry you can return it for a refund, subject to the following conditions.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in their original packaging. The shipping label on the package must also be present and intact.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the product has been used.

To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirmation stating that we have received it.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original payment method within one week.
Shipping fees can only be refunded if you cancel before the order has been shipped.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please: Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank processing time may take 7 to 14 business days.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please email us at contact@tailtendance.com.
Shipping
To return a product, please contact us by email at contact@tailtendanc.com, and we will provide you with the return procedure and the warehouse address to which you should send the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
If you are returning an item valued over 50, we strongly recommend:
Using a trackable shipping service.
Purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
